LUNCH CHEZ MARTIAL
After the General Assembly, a good many members travelled to Bonsecours in order to have lunch at « Chez Martial », owned by Chef Martial DUVAL, Master Canardier, who was in the kitchen while his wife and his son waited on the guests in the dining-room. After the cocktail and its appetisers, the guests were served Porcini Mushroom Soup, Home-made Strawberry Ice Cream, Pike-perch in Beurre Blanc and Liquorice Ice Cream with Celery. The 25 guests enjoyed the high quality of the Chef’s cuisine.
