A VISIT AT THE LYFE INSTITUT
A visit at the Lyfe Institute (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse)
One of the major work of the Ordre des Canardiers consists in visiting training colleges and institutes in order to pass on the recipe.
Thanks to Gentleman Canardier Maxime BONTOUX, member of the Board of Directors of the Lyfe Institute, we were able to present our training scheme to Dominique GIRAUDIER, Headmaster, and we also had the opportunity to meet Gaëtan BOUVIER (MOF in Sommellerie in 2022, Best Sommelier of France in 2016), who works as Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier.
Here is a new partnership which is bound to be developed in the weeks to come.
