“Gill”, owned by Gilles Tournade, is one of Rouen’s most prestigious gastronomic places, where thirty-seven members of the Ordre des Canardiers had dinner on March 6th.
The evening started with champagne and appetisers, followed by a truly original starter consisting of a Crispy Crab Cannelloni served with a Shellfish Basquaise Cream. The meal continued with Brill and different types of carrots and it ended with a trio of desserts : Millefeuille Minute with Bourbon Vanilla, Chocolate Croquant and Tangerine Pudding.
The guests congratulated Gilles and his wife, Sylvie, as well as all the staff that cooperated to this meal in the kitchen and the dining-room.
