MEETING OF GUILDS

The Consulate of the Ordre des Canardiers of Picardy organised its gathering of guilds at Domaine des Thermes, the home of Master Canardier Charles-Richard DELSAUX, close to the Château de Pierrefonds, on Sunday May 21st. The chapter started with an introduction of the 22 guilds present. Consul Maryse ANDRIEUX, who was unwell, was unable to attend the whole day, but joined us for lunch. This was preceded by a demonstration of Canard à la Rouennaise by Charles-Richard.
