The Canardiers at the Agricultural Show

The Agricultural Show, held in February, is the traditional gathering of the farming world in Paris.

For many years, the Ordre des Canardiers has accepted the invitation of the Department of Seine-Maritime to carry out demonstrations of Caneton à la Rouennaise. 16 Canardiers including 4 Master Canardiers went to Paris’ Exhibition Centre on February 27th to perform 4 demonstrations. Many visitors were able to discover our recipe, including the President of the Department, Bertrand BELLANGER, who attended one of the demonstrations and contributed to the pressing of the carcass.
