2025 FARM SHOW
It has become a tradition for the Ordre des Canardiers to go to the yearly Farm Show held in Paris in order to present the iconic Rouennaise Duckling to the numerous visitors who come to the Exhibition Centre located Porte de Versailles.
This year, on February 24th, on the stand of the Seine-Maritime, the 4 Master Canardiers from COUDRAY Traiteur performed the recipe 4 times while the members of the Council of the Ordre gave explanations to the public, who were then given a sample to taste. It is worth noting that one of these demonstrations was filmed by BFM TV Normandie.
It is also an opportunity to meet the different political decision-makers of our region such as Hervé MORIN, President of the Regional Council and Bertrand BELLANGER, President of the Seine-Maritime Council. The main concern was the impossibility to find Norman ducks that have not been bled, due to the lack of special slaughtering facilities. Journalist Périco LEGASSE was also present during this conversation.
