The 2022 Farm Show

Owing to the pandemic, the 2021 edition of the French Farm Show had to be cancelled, so this year’s edition was a much awaited one. Twelve Canardiers went to Paris to promote the recipe of Rouennaise Duckling and cooperate with the team from COUDRAY Traiteur, represented by Gérard COUDRAY, David BROCHET and Loïc LELIEUR, who performed the demonstration 4 times along the day, on the Seine-Maritime Département’s stall. Numerous visitors were thus given the opportunity to discover and try this iconic dish. Hervé MORIN, President of Normandy’s Regional Council as well as Bertrand BELLANGER, President of the Seine-Maritime Département’s Council attended one of the demonstrations.
