The Art Show of la Vallée de l'Aubette

One of the Canardiers’ mission consists in promoting the recipe in different public events. Therefore, they went to Saint-Aubin-Epinay’s special exhibition « An Extraordinary Journey into the Abyss », where Master Canardiers Jean-Jacques GANON and Loïc LELIEUR prepared Rouennaise Duckling, assisted by members of the Ordre. Two hundred and fifty portions were served to the visitors, among whom Mrs Annie VIDAL, Member of Parliament, and Mr Benoît ANQUETIN, the mayor of Saint Aubin Epinay.
