Canardier Dinner at the Lycée Georges Baptiste in Canteleu

A special Canardier dinner was organized on March 15^th at the Lycée Georges Baptiste. Indeed, Master Canardier Marcel LHERONDELLE was retiring from his teaching job at the  high school and, as a result, was introducing his successor, Ludovic MANDINE. The latter was inducted Master Canardier, a ceremony that was attended by Principal Marie GUGUIN and by Victor PAPEIL, a former student who won the Canardier Cup in 2020. A group of 20 Canardiers and some regular customers of the school’s restaurant were also present and enjoyed the dishes prepared by undergraduate students.
