Lecture and Dinner at “Les Capucines”

The “Taste of Life” : such was the theme of the first Canardier event after the summer holiday, which took place at Master Canardier Thierry DEMOGET’s “Les Capucines”. Alain DEFOUR and Didier MARLAY invited Dr Manon BESTAUX (Dentist, Clinical Sex Therapist and Research Scientist) to give a lecture on the part played by one’s mouth in one’s life.

After the lecture, the 40 guests were served a tasty meal which consisted of Duck Confit with Foie Gras, Chuck Steak, St-Nectaire Cheese and Pavlova.
