Lecture and dinner-party at « Les Capucines »

Despite the surprising snowfall of November 21st, 36 members or friends of the Canardiers met at Master Canardier Thierry DEMOGET’s Restaurant « Les Capucines » for the last event of 2024, organised jointly by Alain DEFOUR and Didier MARLAY.
It started with a lecture by Philippe BUISSON, a former teacher at Elbeuf ’s Lycée Buisson, who gave an account of a few nonsensical scientific  statements and added his thoughts on such heresies. Then, it was time for the cocktail and a meal whose menu included Foie Gras, Beef Cheek, Tomme de Savoie with Flowers and Truffle Oil and, finally, a Norman-style Crispy Tulip. As usual, the guests were unanimous to express their delight at the end of the evening.
