Fêtes du Ventre
Rouen’s city centre traditionally turns into a market for a week-end, in October. This year again, the Canardiers were present and a demonstration of Rouennaise Duckling was performed by Master Canardiers Jean-Jacques GANON and Jean-Paul LAVISSE on the stall of Gas Company GRDF. This event was attended by a good many interested on-lookers who longed to taste a sample of the dish.
