The Salon Gourmand
It has become a habit for the Ordre des Canardiers to attend the Salon Gourmand and to participate by holding demonstrations of Rouennaise Duckling. This year, several demonstrations took place on November 8th, 9th and 10th.
It is always pleasant to welcome a crowd of attentive, curious and gourmet people. Each time, 25 guests were able to watch Master Canardiers at work and to try a sample of the dish with a glass of wine offered by a wine-grower to match the recipe. Members of the Ordre were also present to serve the guests and answer their questions.
